Last Friday was the culmination of the Shorecrest Holiday Gift Drive. In true Shorecrest form, it was AMAZING! We cannot thank the Shorecrest Community enough for your endless support.
Here is a quick note from Amy Foster, Executive Director of the Guardian ad Litem Foundation of Tampa Bay:
Dear Volunteers,
Thank you for all your hard work to make the holidays a little brighter for our children. It’s hard to believe we are halfway through gift pickups and have 6 more to go, but the holidays will be here before we know it. I’m already getting emails from family members and caregivers who are so grateful for the gifts their Guardians picked up so they can have “Santa” during their holiday celebrations.
The holiday gift giving program provides countless children some normalcy during a turbulent time of year. Because of the work of you and your volunteers, children will return from their winter break with stories of holiday gifts just like other children they go to school with. That may not have happened without your support. We thank you on behalf of our children and please share our gratitude and thanks with the volunteers & donors that worked with you to make this possible.

Every pick up has been a breeze-thank you, thank you for your help.
I’ll be sending thank you's from the children/families after the holidays.
If I don’t speak to you before then-I hope each of you has a joyous holiday season that is merry and bright!
