Ending the Silence, a Night with the Experts

Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital & National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) present Ending the Silence, a Night with the Experts.

The Shorecrest community is invited to an event designed to educate participants about mental health disorders in children and adolescents by teaching about the warning signs, facts and statistics, prevalence, and how to identify signs and symptoms in others.

The Ending the Silence presentation will be led by a NAMI lead presenter and a young adult with a mental health condition who shares a journey to recovery. Following the Ending the Silence presentation, the audience will be able to ask questions to a panel of licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, and neuropsychologists from Johns Hopkins All Children’s, Center for Behavioral Health.

Who can attend?
Ending the Silence, a Night with the Experts is open to all, including parents, students, children, educators, and staff. The event is free of cost.
