Students rising into grades K-2 are invited to join Corinne Leavengood '14, Kindergarten Associate Teacher, this summer to explore the beauty of nature and art!
Campers will work in a variety of mediums and use art as a way of exploring and learning all about nature science. Students will paint with watercolors, make their own planting pots, create recycled art, plant seedlings, and work on a collaborative mural piece together. Use art as a way of exploring science and vise versa. Campers will get time to explore the creative process of art and gardening, learn about plants and various earth cycles, talk about recycling and upcycling, and learn how to work both individually and collaboratively.
