Shorecrest Chargers Varsity Boys Golf vs. Admiral Farragut: 164 - 193 Win!
The Varsity Golf Boys Chargers earned their first victory of the year at the Vinoy Golf Club. Clark Mason '26 led the team with a 1 under par score of 34, with Daven Fudge '24, Charlie Nelson '25, and Luke Lavoie '26 rounding out the top 4. Clark's -1 was the low score of the match.
The team travels to Indian Rocks Christian on Thursday for their next match.
MS Golf vs. Thurgood Marshall, Open Team, Northside: 135, 3rd place
The MS Golf Chargers competed in their first match of the year. It was the first school tournament for most of the teams. The Chargers placed 3rd with a solid team score of 135. Shorecrest was led by Dash J. '28 with 31 and Ram K. '29 with 31. Hunter N. '29 with 35 and Nick A. '30 with 38 rounded out the top four scores.
Coach Every was very pleased with the effort and grit the Chargers displayed. "It was a great beginning of the season and we look forward making the most of our practice sessions. Way to go!" cheered Coach Every.
