Congratulations to Erin Mullins '20, whose photograph "Cecilia" was selected for the 2018 Drexel Photography High School Contest Exhibition. High school students from around the nation entered all types of photographic processes (black/white, color, silver prints, digital prints, and historical processes). The Opening Reception will be in February at Drexel University and some cash awards will be presented. Erin extends her thanks to Ceci Garcia '20, the model for the photograph, pictured here.

Congratulations to Lauren White '21, whose drawing "Paganini Still Plays" will be exhibited at the Dalí Museum for the Student Surrealists Exhibition. This annual art exhibit presents work by middle and high school students who explore ideas and visions similar to those explored by Salvador Dali and the Surrealists. For 2019, the theme is “Waking Dreams.” Students were asked to use surrealist techniques like transformation, dislocation and symbolism to translate these visions. This exhibit will be on view in the Raymond James Community Room from January 12-March 3, 2019.

Congratulations to Angel Cherman '19, whose artwork is once again being featured as part of a fundraising event for Academy Prep Center of St. Petersburg. In the past her art has been bid on as a high seller!
