Both Shorecrest Varsity Soccer Teams Compete in State Championship

For the first time in Shorecrest history both Girls and Boys Varsity Chargers Soccer Teams advance to the State Championships!
The girls' team will play St. Johns Country Day on Wednesday, February 26, at 1pm at Spec Martin Memorial Stadium in DeLand, FL. The boys' game follows Thursday, February 27, also at 1pm at Spec Martin Memorial Stadium in DeLand.

Shorecrest Upper School classes are canceled for Wednesday and Thursday, February 26 and 27, to give student fans the opportunity to support the teams.
Shorecrest will offer a bus to take 9th-12th grade student fans to both games. Interested students should sign up with Ms. Morlando in the Upper School office. The bus is contingent on number of students. Cost is covered courtesy of the Athletic Council. The deadline to sign up to ride the fan bus is Tuesday, February 25 at 12pm.

A sendoff for the Girls Varsity Chargers will be on Tuesday, February 25 at 2pm. A boys' team sendoff follows on Wednesday, February 26 at 8:30am. Fans are invited to join students and teachers around the north driveway of campus (Charger Blvd.) to cheer their respective departures.
