The Varsity Football Chargers persevered vs. Bell Creek Academy through tough field conditions, numerous penalties and miscues to secure a win in the season opener. Considering it was their first ever 8-man football game, they settled in after halftime with a dominant second half performance.
Highlights include a 50 yard touchdown run by Max Stover '21; 30 yard touchdown run by Aneko Jackson '23; 27 yard touchdown run by Théo Simon '22; and a 66 yard interception return for touchdown by James Floto '23, Théo Simon '22, Henry Pickard '22 and Anthony Vivio '21.
