Broadway performer Noah J. Ricketts Visits

While on tour with “Beautiful – The Carole King Musical” at the Straz Center, Broadway performer Noah J. Ricketts took some time out from his busy rehearsal and performance schedule to meet with students of our Upper School musical theatre classes. Mr. Ricketts attended high school at Interlochen Center for the Arts with Shorecrest Upper School music teacher, Mr. Updike.
Classes learned about the Broadway audition process, performing in showcases with casting agents in the audience, conservatories vs. universities after high school and trying new things throughout college. The students appreciated his candor, and afterwards each Charger shared a take-away item they learned from Noah's time spent with our classes.
