Records Broken at State Track and Field Meet, 2015

Congratulations to the Varsity Track team members who represented Shorecrest at the State Track meet on May 1 at University of North Florida in Jacksonville. Both relay teams set new school records, and junior Luke P., our only athlete to qualify in an individual event, was awarded medals in all three of his events! (Luke set the new school record in the 1600M at the regional meet on April 23rd, with an outstanding time of 4:27!)
4x800M Relay Team: Casey C., Josh M., Luke P. and Justin S, 4th place, new school record 8:15.50
1600M: Luke P. 6th place, 4:32
4x400M Relay Team: Casey C., Luke P., Justin S., and Evan S., 8th place, new school record 3:31.62
