Chargers Golf at States

Congratulations to Bill Bircher '22 for competing in the FHSAA 1A State Golf Tournament at the Mission Inn Golf & Tennis Resort.
His first day of play was tough and he shot a 93 as he adjusted to the very hilly course where the closely cut and very sloped greens presented a challenge on almost every hole. On the second day, he improved 9 strokes, shooting an 84.
Despite the tough play, the tournament was a great experience for Bill, made extra special because Bill got to meet Jack and Barbara Nicklaus who were there to cheer on their grandson.
