The third and fourth graders had a special guest this week from GUATEMALA! Miguel A. is an eleventh grade exchange student at Shorecrest in the Upper School, and he made a presentation for the students about Guatemala and his life there. The kids were interested to hear about Miguel's country, and they learned words in Spanish and facts about the Guatemalan culture and country. This is a great way to help our children develop multiculturalism. It was a wonderful experience for them!
