Kindergarten Block Building: City Rooftop Gardens

After reading two incredible children's books, "The Gardener" and "The Curious Garden," the kindergarten children in Mrs. Kotsko's class worked in teams to build a city. Their aim was to create a city similar to the setting of both books, New York City. With roads, an old railway, and big and small buildings, their city was almost complete. The last touch was adding embellishments to create rooftop gardens just like the characters did in the books they read!
