Mrs. O'Horo's Global Project Based Learning

Mrs. O'Horo was recently awarded a scholarship to participate in the Chris Stevens Youth Network Virtual Exchange, an iEARN and State Department affiliated program that provides specialized trainings in global project-based learning with a special focus on the Middle East and North Africa. She is currently participating in a 5-week online training with teachers from Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Yemen and Jordan, and is preparing to launch an online, collaborative, curriculum-based project between her students and the students at the partner schools next semester.
