Welcome Strength Coach Bruggeman

The Athletic Department extends a welcome to new Head strength and conditioning Coach, Ryan Bruggeman. In this role he is available to help improve the overall strength and fitness of all Charger athletes. Ryan’s uncle, Harold Bruggeman, was also a physical education teacher at SPS. Coach Bruggeman is excited to be joining the Chargers athletics program and is looking forward to continuing a tradition of excellence.
Ryan is the owner of Physical Culture Gym in Largo, and Genergy Human Performance consulting. Over the past decade, Ryan has been helping athletes as a Sports Performance / Strength & Conditioning coach at all levels from youth-professional sports. Throughout his career Coach Bruggeman has trained world champions and Olympic medalists from a variety of sports. He continues to work closely with athletes from organizations including MLB, NHL, NFL and the UFC.
