Shorecrest School

We are Transforming

Advancement

Transform is no longer some future notion or hoped-for community endeavor waiting to unfold! It is here. It is real and Transform is 100% tangible. And by this fact alone, we are forever changed.

The remarkable progress on the building emboldens our mission to add voices to the chorus of community support years in the making. And 100% is how we will summit each milestone of three phases: Reach, Rise and Grow for this endeavor; our largest capital project ever. [Watch the summer progress here.]

There are well over 100+ early donor families to thank for getting us to this new vista. Their 100% participation has come through years of foresight, passion and support that has sprinted us forward! The Transform baton is now being passed to all of us and we know that many hands will make light work of bringing Transform fully to fruition through multi-year gifts and pledges. Shorecrest cannot afford this, but our community can.

What is Transform? Well, many answers to the questions that you may have can be found in the videos, donor gift levels and in other content on our campaign website: www.TransformShorecrest.org.

Now that the walls are up and the roof is on, dynamic construction is occurring daily. We encourage everyone to schedule a Hard Hat Tour. Experience it for yourself! What arena of Transform will resonate for you?

The Innovation Center and Community Commons at Shorecrest will serve as a meeting place for students of all ages, strengthening our community. The inside and outside spaces of the Innovation Center are designed to flow seamlessly. The building will house The Experiential School classrooms, our kitchen and our first-ever dining hall, the Experiential and Lower School Media and Innovation Center, and the Clinic. Later phases include plans for the Technology and Resource Center, Music Lab, Art Studio, and even a dedicated space for the Shorecrest Community Association (SCA).

With Transform fully underway, we are mindful of the patience required to make way for our transformation. And we are 100% grateful and poised to achieve our vision to create a legacy of inclusive, innovative and transformational education that ignites the potential of all learners. What will it mean for our community and most especially our children to have your support of Transform? You really have to see it to know…
