It was an excellent season overall! We came very close to returning to the Final 4, losing to Cardinal Mooney who eventually lost in the state semi-finals. The whole team should be proud of what they accomplished. They have been playing together and working together since last spring and played in team tournaments in the summer including: Florida Southern, University of Florida and Eckerd College and also participated in the Wildwood League. In all tournaments and leagues, they played against the top high schools in the state regardless of size or school class. This team competes with anyone!

The season was a total team effort. Most games we won we have 3-4 guys in double figures scoring and usually a different 4 every night. The player’s who were acknowledged for their special contributions included:
