Golf at Mustang Invitational

On Monday, August 27, the Chargers Varsity Golf boys team played in its first tournament of the year, the Mustang Invitational, hosted by Northside Christian at Countryside Country Club. CCC won the day with a score of 307, and Shorecrest came in 8th place with a team score of 360. The individual team scores for the tournament from returning starters were: Bill Bircher '22 - 78, Drew B '23 - 86, and Turner Bramlet '20 - 91. In their first round of high school tournament play, Conner Cruise '22 scored 105 and Jake Densa '22 scored 109.
