Art Teacher Casey McDonough to be Featured in Tampa Exhibit

Arts

Upper School Art Teacher Casey McDonough has his art featured in the exhibit Skyway 20/21: A Contemporary Collaboration, through September 1, at the USF Contemporary Art Museum.

Skyway 20/21 celebrates the artists and work created in the Tampa Bay area, and is mounted collaboratively and concurrently by the Tampa Museum of Art, the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg, the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, and the University of South Florida Contemporary Art Museum. Launched as a triennial exhibition in 2017, this second iteration of Skyway highlights the breadth of contemporary artistic practices in the counties served by the organizing museums: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, and Pasco.

An online Panel Discussion was held June 17 with artists Danny Dobrow, Babette Herschberger, Akiko Kotani, and Casey McDonough; moderated by Sarah Howard.
