The 2018 USA Baseball National Team Identification Series (NTIS) is the most comprehensive player identification program offered by Team USA. McIntosh Webber '21 joined players from across the country after participating in selection events and tryouts on the regional level and ultimately named to the South Florida regional team. On August 15-19, the South Florida regional team competed against the 15 other regions from across the country at the culminating National Team Identification Series Champions Cup event at the USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary, North Carolina.

Out of 300 players representing 16 regions across the country, 12 players will be named to the 2019 17U National Team Development Program (17U NTDP), to represent USA in international events next year. In connection with his NTIS participation, McIntosh was also nominated as an All Area Honors award athlete for baseball by the Student Athlete Community Service Network, a not for profit program dedicated to recognizing outstanding student-athletes on the national level for their leadership, honor, character and volunteerism.

Congratulations McIntosh!
