Community Information Dashboard - Published Fridays at 3pm

We have developed a Community Information Dashboard that will be updated weekly to enable our community to access information about our situation on-campus amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
The information includes:
Rather than send an all-school letter each time there is a case of COVID among the on-campus community, the information will be updated each Friday at 3pm in the Health & Safety section of PowerSchool Learning.
The Dashboard will be published for the first time on Friday, August 28 at 3pm.
The information includes:
- Numbers of any reported COVID infections of Shorecrest students, faculty or staff - this information will be published in total and broken down by division and show change over time.
- As noted in the Dashboard, COVID cases are reported weekly, with the week running Friday-Thursday. Thursday at 7pm is the cutoff day/time for case data to be included in that Friday's update.
- Number of students enrolled in Flexible Learning vs. In-person instruction in total and by division.
- As noted in the Dashboard, this data is a snapshot in time and publishes as of 3pm on Friday of publication.
