Girls Varsity Soccer beat St. Stephens in 2A Regional Quarterfinals

Upper School News

This was an amazing game for the Varsity Girls Soccer Chargers! Many of the players delivered their best performances of the season. Olivia Tvedten '22, Lilianna Baralt '21, Lauren Epstein '21, and Taylor Register '23 were the solid back four; Sonoma Kasica '24 made crucial saves; Gabby Marshall '22 and Jada Tadros '22 dominated the midfield; while Lili S. '25, Kaja Dionne '24, Jessie Rosenblum '22, and Addie Oman '24 capitalized on scoring opportunities. Coming in off the bench is never easy but Jocelyn S. '25, Alexis Montecalvo '22, Alanis Job '24, and Grace Keller '21 stepped in where needed.

Scoring goals is important in soccer, but little attention is given to the players who actually make the goal possible. Kaja Dionne '24 fits in both categories. She scored one goal and assisted on the other four! Incredible effort and great teamwork with Jessie Rosenblum '22 and Lili S. '25 generating tons of offensive power.
