Upper School News Athletics

The Varsity Soccer teams won boys and girls District semi-finals and finals matches and move on to Regionals!

With more than 22 shots resulting in 9 goals, the Charger girls defeated Canterbury in the District semi-finals 9-1!

The Varsity Girls Soccer District Finals match on February 3 was vs. Cambridge Christian. The Chargers won 6-0! Tough field conditions made this a game about overcoming adversity. An excellent shot with the left by Gabby Marshall '22 resulted in the first goal of the game and set the tone for the remaining seventy minutes. Olivia Tvedten '22 led the defense in preventing goals by the opponent.

"With more than twenty shots on goal, the Chargers offense was productive and demonstrated why they are ranked number one in the region," remarked Coach Idinge.
