It is with great enthusiasm that I announce the Lower School Instrument Petting Zoo!
The Instrument Petting Zoo is an event in which all fourth grade students will be given the opportunity to try three different musical instruments. These instruments will feature flute, clarinet, trumpet, trombone, alto saxophone, percussion and violin. Students will then be asked to indicate their preference.
Following the Instrument Petting Zoo, a meeting will be held to inform parents of how they may involve their children in this exciting new Instrumental Music Program.
The Instrument Petting Zoo for students will be on Wednesday, August 26, from 8:45am-10:15am in the fourth grade project room. The Parent Info Session will be on Monday, August 31, at 5:30pm in the fourth grade project room.
I very much look forward to exploring music with your children in this coming school year! If you have any questions, I may be reached at: Ethan Updike, [email protected], 727-522-2111 x641
