

Cinco de Mayo Art Contest

After learning about the Mexican holiday of Cinco de Mayo, students in Señora Jarvis' Spanish classes created and submitted drawings for an informal competition between fifth grade and seventh grade classes. Student work had to capture the essence and importance of the holiday (history and traditions). Their submissions were judged by Señora Stewart and Señora Williams. This year, a third judge (Señor Davis) broke a tie between submissions.
