MS Girls Soccer Win Two More Games

Chargers vs Pinellas Prep Academy 2-0
The Chargers played one of their best games of the season! Quick, accurate, one-touch passes to teammates meant our opponent couldn't keep up. During a corner kick, Lili S. and Jocelyn S. expertly executed a "short corner" play that the team had practiced at length this season. The end result was the first goal of the game with the ball being placed in the net by Lili S. Also during the first half was a goal by Alanis J. whose size and speed couldn't be matched.
Pinellas Prep had several attempts to get close to our goal throughout that game that were easily handled by our defense (Keira H., Leilani M., Lily D. and Jocelyn S.) as well as Libby C. in goal.
Congratulations to the team for the win with a special congrats to Rhianna P. and Sofia H. whose off-ball movements created opportunities for shots on goal.
