Community Information Dashboard - Cases Updated in Real Time

Shorecrest maintains a weekly Community Information Dashboard in PowerSchool that includes COVID cases, Flexible Learning enrollment, and numbers of students in quarantine. Quarantined individuals are those who are currently not infected but may have been exposed to COVID-19 and are distancing for the safety of others.
Because we've received notification of our first on-campus case, the overall COVID stats in the overview slide will be updated in real time as cases arise. The graphs of Flexible Learning enrollment, quarantine numbers, and COVID cases by division will remain weekly.
Families may expect additional changes to the dashboard format as needed to support the community's need for information, while maintaining the privacy of those affected.
Communicating COVID Cases
Families of any potential close contacts will be contacted directly, as quickly as possible, when cases arise.
