Charger alumnus Karim Oliver '15, now an undergraduate student at Vanderbilt University, is writing a series of articles for the Vanderbilt Political Review. Founded in 2008, the Vanderbilt Political Review is Vanderbilt’s first and only nonpartisan political journal. Karim is interviewing Syrian refugees and immigrants and documenting their journeys. He recently shared his first installment in the series, "Doomed to Hope: A Professor’s Journey from Damascus to Vanderbilt."
