The next meeting of Shorecrest's virtual book club will be Tuesday, December 7 at 7:30pm. All adults in the Shorecrest community are invited to join in reading and discussing Truman Capote's "One Christmas" and "The Thanksgiving Visitor."
Both of Capote's stories can be found in one book along with "A Christmas Memory," and in “The Complete Stories of Truman Capote” - a landmark collection that brings together Truman Capote’s life’s work in the form he called his “great love.” Capote is known to be a master of the short story.
