Eighth grade Passion Project Showcase

Middle School News

The Eighth grade Passion Project Showcase was an exciting and fulling event. Students were able to present their passions to fellow classmates as well to parents, grandparents and friends. Eighth grade students presented a wide range of projects, such as making longboards, building a fly fishing pole, writing short stories, paintings of personal pets to raise funds for strays, collecting medicine for Sudan, and even a Drama-Rama Camp that was designed with the hopes of having it available for students in the near future.

This year there were several young men and women who wanted to cook, so they brought a variety of food to the showcase like curry chicken, sushi, cupcakes, and even freshly thrown pizza cooked in ovens just outside the Athletic Center. It was truly a night to celebrate the successes of our eighth graders before they move on to high school.
