MS Football vs. Keswick Christian

Tre M. had multiple long touchdown runs. Trey W. threw a 50-yard touchdown pass to Jake W. Cyrus A. made an interception for a touchdown. Jake W. had a 25-yard touchdown run on the last play of the first half to put the Chargers up 28-0. Jackson H had a long touchdown run in the 4th quarter. The defense only gave up 1 first down to Keswick in the entire game including many great blitzes and sacks of the Keswick QB, many led by Cody B.

Jake W., Tre M., Cyrus A., Trey W., Cody B. and Jackson H. scored touchdowns and made some great plays on defense! Tim Z and Zach Z made some great blocks and tackles in their first game on the Shorecrest football team. Nick M. made some great blitzes and QB sacks. Hayden W. and Brendan W. also contributed on offense and defense. Luca D. played a great game on both sides of the ball.

The offensive and defensive line were outstanding the whole game, including Derek B., Wes R., J.P. R., Hadeon S., Nick S. and Dylan S.
And the team would like to make a special shout-out to the ultimate water boy and ball boy, Sonny D., Jr.!

"It was a great team effort. Everyone played and contributed to the win!" Coach Wright said proudly. "This was the largest margin of victory by the Chargers in the last 20 years! I'm very proud of our team effort! This was a great victory for our team and sets the tone for what will be a very successful season! If any Middle Schooler (Grades 6 - 8) wants to join the team, it is not too late, and you will have a great experience on a great team!"
