Art with an Earth-Friendly Purpose

To acknowledge Earth Day, the sixth graders were presented an opportunity in science class to raise the community's awareness of how to be more conscientious of the environment. The task was to build a piece of art with an Earth Day theme or message that was made only from recycled materials. The students enjoyed being creative and using their imaginations to design and build amazing pieces of art.
