The Middle School Boys and Girls Swimming Chargers competed vs. Berkeley Prep, Tampa Prep, Carrollwood Day School, Tampa Bay Heat and Canterbury. The Boys won with 215 points! The Girls team placed 4th with 86 points.
"Both the boys and girls teams did exceptionally well with almost everyone posting best times. They really enjoyed swimming against their peers and did a great job supporting each other and cheering as a team," Coach Patty shared.
Highlights included the Boys 200 Medley Relay and Boys 400 Free Relay -- both first places finishes. Michael M '27 was first in the 50 Fly and Jack D '28 was first in the 200 Free.

The Varsity Girls and Boys Swimming & Diving Chargers competed vs. Academy at the Lakes & Out of Door Academy. This was an excellent meet for both the boys and girls team. Everyone swam and dove very well and had the team as their focus. It paid off with a win on both sides against both teams.
Girls: Shorecrest 108, Out of Door 72; Shorecrest 134, Academy at the Lakes 44.
Boys: Shorecrest 107, Out of Door 69; Shorecrest 114, Academy at the Lakes 59.
The Chargers Girls team won both the 200 Free and 400 Free relays. The Boys won the 400 Free Relay.
