Women in STEAM Podcast: Beth Lake
In Season 3 - Episode 3 of the Shorecrest Upper School student podcast, "Women in STEAM: Perspectives from the Field," hosts Ava Peters '25 and Leilani McIntyre '26 speak with theatrical sound designer, Beth Lake.
Based in New York City, Beth works on various projects, though she has a particular fondness for creating new, ensemble-based works. As a sound designer she is in charge of everything that an audience member hears throughout a show. Credits include Broadway productions of My Fair Lady; The Play That Goes Wrong; Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812; Misery; The Velocity of Autumn along with many Off Broadway shows and regional theater productions.
