Shorecrest Chargers Varsity Volleyball vs. Indian Rocks Christian: 25-12, 25-15, 25-7 - Win!
The Chargers were victorious over Indian Rocks Christian. "They did a great job controlling the game with aggressive serves, effective attacks and strategic blocking," shared Coach Taksas. Christina Satterfield '25 had 7 aces, 7 kills, 2 digs. Bella Hursey '24 had 1 ace, 5 kills, 1 block, 1 dig. Malayna Mallory '25 had 1 ace, 5 kills, 4 blocks, 1 dig. Maria Happ '24 had 3 aces, 9 kills, 3 blocks, 8 assists, 5 digs.

Olivia Nicklaus '26 had 5 aces, 5 digs; Isabella Furman '26 had 3 aces; Emma S. '28 had 3 aces, 5 kills, 1 block; Morgan Harrington '27 had 13 kills and Gia Bessolo '26 had 11 assists.

JV Volleyball vs. Tampa Bay Heat: 24-26, 25-16, 15-9 - Win!
Shorecrest Chargers MS Green Volleyball vs. Tampa Bay Heat: 25-23 / 25-23 Win!
Shorecrest Chargers MS Green Volleyball vs. Keswick White, Farragut, Indian Rocks Christian, Out-of-Door: 4-0 Win!
The MS Green Volleyball team went 4-0 as they hosted the Shorecrest Invitational on September 30. The Chargers absolutely dominated, not dropping a set the entire day. There were several outstanding performances. Lucy H. 29 had a breakout weekend, leading the team in kills. Isabella W. '29 led the team in assists & service aces. Jesse D. '28 led the team in digs and was an outstanding vocal leader as the team captain. Hazel N. '28, Rhys W. '28 and Emma B. '28 (MVP) were named to the all tournament team due to their extremely consistent play throughout the entire day as well as playing multiple positions. We are so proud of the girls’ performance throughout the tournament. The Green team is now 10-6 on the season.
