Congratulations to seventh grader Baylie S, who won for the 5th-8th grade age group Tampa Bay Watch 6th Annual Holidays in the Tampa Bay Habitat art contest! Her winning artwork will be featured on Tampa Bay Watch's holiday greeting cards and is the cover art for the December 2016 Issue of "Paradise News."
Baylie painted a pelican, decked him out for the holidays, and called her piece "Snow Bird."
