Third Forensics Meet Results

The Shorecrest Middle Schoolers had another successful competition at the 3rd Forensic meet of the year at Berkeley. The Chargers competed against around 200 other students from Bay Area schools. Congratulations to all competitors! The top ranking winners were:
7th grade

Keaton P- 2nd place- Impromptu
Tia E- 5th place- Impromptu
6th grade
Cal B- 1st place- Original Oratory
Kira H- 3rd place- Declamation
Lauren E- 2nd place- Declamation
Dorothy C- 1st place- Poetry
5th Grade
Hailey H- 3rd place- Original Oratory
Gabby S- 4th place- Original Oratory
Ellie L- 2nd place-Poetry
Devyn K- 4th place- Poetry
Abigail H- 2nd place- Individual Drama
Sabrina A- 5th place- Individual Drama
It is worth noting, Shorecrest is the only school with 5th graders competing. Thus, these are very impressive results! A special thank you to Mrs Tatelbaum and Mrs Howell and several parents for helping with judging.
