Sixth Grade English Novel Squares

As a way to learn the elements of a novel, the sixth grade English students created novel squares from one of their summer reading choices. Character, setting, plot, symbolism and connections to text were explored and highlighted on each square. The students presented their completed projects in front of their peers, and these wonderful creations will be displayed down the sixth grade hallway.
