Truffles de Noël

To celebrate the holidays the French way, the 7th grade French class learned how to make chocolate truffles. After watching a tutorial, it took students about 30 min to follow a recipe in French to make the batter, and a lot of patience while it was cooling down in the fridge over night.
The next day, they made little balls and rolled them in powdered sugar, sprinkles, or like most traditional truffles, cocoa powder. Most truffles did not make it to the end of class!
