Shorecrest Alumni Winners of Young Dramatists' Project

Congratulations to recent grads Savannah Pearson '15 and Alice Darrow '15, whose plays were selected as two of the five winners of the Gorilla Theater's Young Dramatists' Project. Both plays will be produced at Stageworks in Tampa, June 11-21 with professional actors and directors. Each student will receive a $250 royalty and membership in the Dramatist's Guild.
Savannah and Alice have been studying playwriting in Bill Leavengood's Shorecrest Upper School Playwriting class for the past few years as an art elective course.
