Clinic byte: Happy Holidays

I can’t believe that 2015 is almost gone! Each year seems to fly by faster than the previous year. This season can be hectic and full of pressure. I hope that you take time to appreciate someone, something or a cause that you never thought of before. As I was biking one day this week, a neighbor showed an act of kindness by leaving a present on top of the garbage can for the garbage collector. In this world of uncertainty, selfishness and random acts of violence, it is comforting to know that people still care about others.
Whatever your plans may be for the Winter Break, I wish you and your family a wonderful time with your family full of happy memories.
Until next year, Happy Holidays!
