Strength and Performance Program

Upper School News


The athletic department will be offering a strength and performance program to teams and individual athletes again this year. Many players will be in the strength program organized by their coaches and/or teams. However, for individual athletes between seasons, you can also sign up for training to help you get ready for your sport(s).

If you are interested in training, please let Coach Cameron know. You will then be added to the PowerSchool Learning page for Strength and Performance.

Training days, times, and weight room hours are as follows: 
  • Monday-Thursday 3:40-5:45pm
  • Friday 3:40-4:45
