Chargers at Battle of the Books

A team of Shorecrest Chargers competed this week in the Bay Area Association of Independent Schools 2023 Battle of the Books competition at Berkley Prep. They were fifth graders competing against teams of 6-8th graders; and came in 4th place. This battle of book knowledge included questions about the Sunshine State Young Readers Award winning books of the year.
Students on the team were: Steele G., Maelle G., Mana B., Cali F., Annalise F., Asha A., Ajay A. and their advisors were Mrs. Giroud and Ms. Supper.
