"The Chronicle" Awarded by the Columbia Scholastic Press Association

The Upper School student newspaper, "The Chronicle," recently received two awards from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association, a prestigious national organization associated with the Columbia University Journalism School. The awards were for work submitted in the 2022-2023 school year.
They won first place in the category "video commercial for digital media publications" for a commercial called "We are The Chronicle" by Jolie Bentley '23 and Josef Broz '23. A certificate of merit for "cartoons in a news publication" was won by comics created last year by Caelin Brinkley '23.
